Woolworths rewards programme

The Woolworths rewards programme is a con....I have a rewards card, but not receive a single reward...and have called the call centre on many occasions to understand and recitify the issue....but they can’t seem to get it right. I am a fairly good customer spending an advantage of 5k at least per month and I swipe my so called ‘ rewards’ card and to date, I have received nothing. Not a single reward of not even 5 cents off anything. The call centre keeps saying it’s aorted out but it’s not. I am a very disappointed and unhappy customer and Woolworths are meant to be about the ‘difference’ but I relieve but rewards from pick n pay and checkers. Very unhappy and I guess the difference is Woolworths not keep their promises!
