Woolworths Rewards

In April 2025 I reached Woolies VIP rewards. I noticed that was not getting my vouchers anymore. When I call the help center I was told the rewards programe has been placed on hold till June. Its been 3 months after the now rewards program has been launch and Woolworths has not given me access to VIP rewards and claim to need to spend another 18k. Which means I'll have to spend 48k for 2025 to be a VIP.

At this point l'm not getting the full experanice as a VIP reward client. I get not follow up calls. The service level is extremely poor!!!
