Woolworths Revolving Loan

I took a revolving loan that Woolworths offered me in the month of September 2018. The loan was done telephonic. After I agreed to take the loan of R2500, the agent provided me with the monthly installment ( +- R312.00 ) and the opening amount of the revolving loan that is once off amount of ( +- R310.00 ) that added up to R622. That amount would be my first installment on the 29th of October 2018 witch I agreed to.

I then received a statement ( 17th Okt ) that my first installment will be R1127. I went to Woolworths ( 25th of Okt ) and they connected me to the loan department. I spoke to Lin. I then explained to her my problem and her answer was : " sublease I took the loan on the 17th of September ( the hole amount that they have offered me ) the account went over the limet because, of the interest that was added on the amount and therefore I have to pay the full interest on top of my first installment of R622. She also said that the agent I spoke to was suppose to inform me of that when we made the loan agreement witch he NEVER DID. The problem ended up being mine and I have placed a complain about it. She told me that her Supervisor will phone me back the next day ( Friday - 26 Okt ) witch never HAPPENED. I went back to the store the weekend and they were closed, told me to come back Monday morning the 29th of Okt.

So I took off Monday to sort the problem out, Spoke to the line manager Paerich ( not sure if I spelled it right ) and he then told me that he would look into the account and phone me back. NO ONE PHONED ME BACK!! The payment went off not R1127 as the statement stated but R1140.

I have not budgeted for that amount. It's ridicules that almost half of the money that I borrowed went off on the first debt odder and then still expect me to pay the same installment for 5 months. I also never herd that the interest is not worked into you monthly installment and have to pay it off on the first installment.

I WILL NOT ADVISE ANYBODY TO TAKE A REVOLVING LOAN FROM WOOLWORTHS !! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE LOAN DEPARTMENT AND THE MANAGEMENT IS PATHETIC!!
