Woolworths returns

I purchased a fragrance online called Narcsisco rodriguez for her to the price of R2270, it turns out the fragrance has no scent, if any it last fo a few minutes. This is supposed to be an Eau de parfum but the quality is very poor. I then contacted the customer service since I purchased this online and they referred me to a a store in Alberton which I went to but the store turned me away saying they don't take brands, I went back and called the online customer service but they also said they can't help me, the lady went and asked me if I didn't try testers before but this is an online purchase. The attitude of the ladies in the Alberton also lives much to be desired, one lady was polite and asked me to wait while she goes and asks and then this other lady tried to stop her rudly saying 'what is there to ask, you know we don't take brands." She then insisted and called the manager who came and told me they don't take brands. My problem is paying R2270 for a fragrance with no smell.
