Woolworths Return Policy

I bought 3 items of clothing from Rosebank Mall Woolworths on 17/06/2020 during lockdown level 4 - so no try- on allowed. The sales assistant assured me the items may be returned at any Woolworths Store. It is not true. On 22 June I tried to return the items to the closest Woolworths Greenstone Mall and was told it is not possible as the items carried the Trennery label which they don't keep. Note the till slip is headed Woolworths AND there is no mention of Trennery on the slip.
