Woolworths Retailers

One awesome thing I've experience with woolworths stores, is that their staff gets Great Updated training all the time. They are one of the Most well trained retailers in trading their own staff, who go out of their way to assist, help and please their clients, and what I've experienced lately with a few cases I've been in and seen, is that their staff now stands up Boldly towards Rude customers, which I admired because Clearly the customer is Not always right. That shows me that Woolworths have realise it and app**** it to their training, and it's good. I've seen too many rude and disrespectful clients still acting in the old thought pattern of believing the customer is always right,and it gets to me thinking they can treat sales assistants with disrespect. So Good for woolworths in all areas of their staff training!!!!
