Woolworths Retail Stores

I went to Woolworths Store Heartees branch to exchange kiddies shoes without a purchase receipt , and the manager called the cops to chase me out of the store after he forcefully took the items.On my way into the shop, I showed the security the items in the plastic bag and was given a sticker as proof that the items were coming from the outside.The manager (Kabelo) then claimed that he would personally bring the confiscated items to my house but did not take my address nor details which made it obvious to me that it was day light *******.The police that were called were not much of help.Please help me to get my kid's shoes back
