Woolworths retail south Africa

Hi i have purchased 2 blazers at Woolworths in January online and it was deducted from my account then they charged me again in April for the same blazers i went in to the store several times and spoke to different people working in there head office but they say they are investigating but im paying for a arreas on my account since this mistake was made and every month my installment is higher but im not making any purchases on this account since February i was at Woolworths Woolworths again today at vangate mall i was ther for 5 hours but they have not corrected there mistake they said at head office they are still investigating they have been investigating for 3 months and im paying this high installment everymonth for a mistake that they made they admitted that the mistake is on there side and i have all my statements showing that they double charged for the blazers and im starting to go into depression and im getting anxiety of all this stress because nobodyis helping me at Woolworths
