Woolworths Retail South Africa

I app**** for a Credit card online, My card was approved and I was asked to go to the nearest store so that the card could be issued this was about 3 weeks ago. Once I got to Woolworth is the Vaal mall a lady helped me, all documentation was approved and submitted so it was now time for the card to be issued, suddenly the system was down and I was asked to come back the next day. unfortunately that could happen and it was requested for the following week. The next week I got there the Lady said the card was ordered and they are waiting for it, I got there this Sunday and Yet the guy that assisted could not tell me whats going on, he doesn't even knos if there is a card delivered to that store r not. The service at this store is the worst I have ever seen and the fact that there are people employed that cannot even explain what is going on there makes it even worse. So 3 weeks down the line after the card was approved there is nothing that could happen because the enployees and still noe answers on what the status of this card.
