Woolworths RETAIL JHB

I have been a customer of woolies for over 50 years - - but I'm finding them less inspirational these days - 1.woolies LADIES COTTON BRIEFS - - been a consumer for many yrs - - but NO LONGER - - QUALITY IS PATHETIC & AFTER SERVICE COMPLAINTS OVER 2 YR PERIOD have yielded absolutely NO RESPONSE. 2.BAKERY SECTION AT HONEYDEW /ROCK COTTAGE - STORE frequently NOT FRESH - LACK LUSTRE & very pricey. ****I would LOVE 15 minutes with MR ROY BAGATTINI - - to let him know exactly what it is that I feel needs attention in the ww of today - - - having been in the clothing industry myself for nearly 50 yrs - - but if course that's impossible while management are perched on their thrones in CT - - we the mere customers are ignored completely!! I am beginning to detest both their LACK OF EMAIL RESPONSE & HELLO PETER RESPONSE - - but of course why should they care - - they are "untouchable" in the marketplace - - - -
