Woolworths Retail
Two weeks or more ago, I complained to Woolworths, in their Complaints section, on their Webpage, that four rose plants I had been given as gifts over Christmas and February had, during that period, dropped their flowers (fair enough), but developed spider mite and that their leaves were dying off. I duly sprayed them with the specified spray as soon as I noticed the problem, but gradually plant by plant in each pot turned brown, dropped every leaf and died off. As I say, a couple of weeks ago, before any had actually died, I checked the Complaints section on their Website and reported the problem. I have not had a reply from them since then, not even an Acknowledgment. I find this scandalous as I can't be the only customer who has suffered this loss, and it's not as if each of these perennial plants (frequently gifts) have not suffered the same fate. Woolworths should be ashamed of themselves as they are supposed to be an expensive, but reputable, retailer.
