Woolworths Resturant

I love Woolies Resturant but its the second time Iv been there and been disappointed. Clearly, I shouldnt be going there, I ordered a pasta to share and from the time I ordered it took them a whopping 33 minutes to bring my pasta, I asked the waitor if it was acceptable and he agreed that it wasnt, was anything done? NO! There were a max of 5 tables occupied with a minimum of 2 people per table, there was on table with about 8 people at it and yet my food takes them half an hour? Fast Food Resturant, I dont think they know what it means?
