Woolworths refuses to give me a gift card for my baby's duplicate items

My sister just had a baby and received alot of duplicate gifts from woolworths from friends and family. We took the items back to woolworths and they refused to give her a gift card .they are requested gift receipts on every item. The tags are intacted and the items are close to the value of R3000 How do I go back and contact all the work colleagues families and friends to now give me the receipts . People buy from woolworths and leave tags on so you can return them and take something else . This is ********** service from the Woolworths in westwood mall.
