Woolworths refuse to obey instructions

Woolworths account number: ***18 7332 John McGinn Woolworths unilaterally decided to raise a R45.00 monthly admin fee on my account. As I strongly object to this fee I instructed Woolworths as follows: 1) Close the account with immediate effect 2) Woolworths can keep the credit that is currently reflected on te account 3) Woolworths must unsubscribe me from all mailing lists 4) Woolworths must confirm that my instructions have been carried out. Woolworths refuse to comply with my instructions. These instructions have been submitted on a couple of occasions. The lack of service and their refusal to comply with my instructions is not acceptable. Woolworths are requested to comply with my instructions immediately. .
