Woolworths REFUSE settlement?? GREEEEEEEDY!

I have been under debt review since Nov 2016. On 16 April 2018 I've contacted Woolworths to get a settlement discount on the total amounts outstanding on my 2 accounts (store account and credit card). Two weeks later I receive an email that I have to make a proposal of what I can pay. No news for 1 month. The next moment Woolworths REFUSE my proposal to pay them ONCE off.... - contact person Chantell Rousseau. I've settled ALL my accounts the past 2 months besides Woolworths: 1. Because they did not respond (took 6-8 weeks for them to respond). 2. They are the only creditor left to pay. I offered what I CAN pay - but not good enough for Woolworths. 3. They prefer small payments for the next 36 months instead of granting me a settlement discount??? (Collecting more interest?) 4. Some creditors granted me a 20% discount on settlement, I asked Woolworths 12% - (After paying INTEREST for all this time) and being a customer for 20 years. Where is the LOGIC in this?? Must I send some BLOOD in an envelope to them as well? Is Woolworths acting within the spirit of the NCA?
