Woolworths Refund policy online purchases

Refund policy for exchange of online items is really bad. The refund is supposed to be 2 to 3 days but now seems longer. I am awaiting a refund credit and it is the 3rd day but no refund yet into my account. Why sooo long ???? What is the issue Woolworths??? Should people not be granted refunds in cash rather as it takes.longer to refund my Mastercard. Look into that lls. Woolworths.
