Woolworths refund not reflecting in account 15 days later

I returned 2 items on the 3rd of January at Woolworths La Lucia Mall. I inserted my card and then the options for savings, credit card and debit card started flashing. The return was approved and I have the slip but till today I have not received my refund in my bank account. Also note that this is the second time in a year that I've had this exact same problem from the La Lucia branch. I need to know when my refund will be paid to me. This is unacceptable, it's now 15 days later.
