Woolworths refund ----don't bother !!!!!

Back in Nov I overpaid Woolworths Store card by R7000.00 I requested a refund on the 14th Dec . Twice while speaking with consultants for over 19 minutes, they dropped the phone and didn't bother to phone me back to resolve my simple error issue To date .....I have not received a cent back after many mails and calls It's a pity that things have to get ugly before a simple solution can be found Banking as it is today ...why does it take 3-5 working days to repay my money. Unhappy (past )customer .
