Woolworths reduced chicken packs are of inferior quality

I bought a 24 pack of Woolworths chicken on Tuesday 15 December from the Sandton City store. When I got home and opened the pack it had a terrible smell. I have emailed customer service regarding this and was requested to send pictures. I have doe this. There has been no mention of compensating me for this inferior product. I especially go out of my way to purchase "quality" chicken from WW. Will definitely now be buying elsewhere as this is not a first time experience and clearly doesn't seem like they are will to reimburse. Not what I expect from a supposed high end retail store.
