Woolworths ready meal disaster

After purcahsing a ready meal at the Engin quickstop Northridge Garage. I smelled a foul odor after starting to heat the meal. It also tasted sour.

This is very disappointing especially coming from Woolworths that is supposed to be of superior quality.

Meal: Carb Clever Pumpkin, Cauli Rice & Chicken Salad 325g.
