Woolworths R1000 voucher

I’m very disappointed by the service I have received from Woolworths, I took out a credit card with them and I was told I’m going to receive a free R1000 voucher which I have not received and when I call the customer care line I’m being told that it’s not allocated on the App and it’s been 2weeks I registered on the app but the consultants keep telling me stories
