Woolworths Queenswood appalling product and service

I have emailed customer service on 15 September 2021, expressing my dissatisfaction with the quality of the hot chicken purchased at the Queenswood food court. Needless to say, I was contacted by a miss Pearl Nkanyuza, requesting information which she should have been able to source just by doing the mundane system checks. Out of desiring to get some assistance, I emailed what was required on 17/09/2021. To date, I have received no further communication from Woolworths. What a disgrace!
