Woolworths Quality Policy

I went to Woolworths Pinelands store with a golf shirt purchased in January for my husband,but after one wash has holes,because I did not have a slip,I was told it was on sale and is 1cents.I therefore told them I never intended to return it as I never had problems with their golf shirts cause I still have some from 5 yrs back and they are solid except for colour fading.I was offered R142,99 as it was on promotion in Feb,I did not agree as I paid R329.00.I took it to N1 City where a black lady manager used a stick to touch it,I felt humiliated,and she told me that if it had holes in other places they would consider a refund.Im shocked by these responses as Woolworths prides itself in selling quality.
