Woolworths quality of ….?

I bought an oven dish on in Woolworths East rand mall,it was sale.I had then a voucher I won on play & win.The oven dish broke in the oven while in use for the second time.I took it back to the store,I was then told they can only refund me R260,it was R 320.I was told since I bought it and used my voucher that I won,I couldn’t get the full refund.I don’t understand why ,I was left disappointed for the second time.First the dish breaks and then I’m not fully refunded.I was then told management from the store will contact me(after I have been on twitter or X).I then got an email from one of the management,with an excuse they tried to get hold of me,could I provide my contact details again.It is really a disappointing side to see such level of management and the service given
