Woolworths Quality Deteriorating

Woolworths quality has been deteriorating sharply over the years and it’s disappointing. Bought a pair of shoes less than a year ago and had to return them because the elastic straps are torn. Paid around R500 for the shoes and today when I returned them I was told they can only refund me R275 since these shoes are now on sale and that’s the sale price and I can’t exchange them since they don’t have my size in store. Woolworths you need to do better with your quality checks.
