Woolworths Quality Deteriorated [Poor Quality]

I am extremely disappointed with the declining quality of Woolworths products. First, I had an issue with a pair of shoes purchased at Woolworths. Although they were worn, the shoes came apart due to poor quality; yet, I was told they could not be returned because of the return policy at the Tygervalley (Cape Town) store.

I chose to continue supporting the brand and bought AU men’s underwear, as I only wear AU, but once again, the quality has let me down. The elastic waistband developed small holes shortly after being purchased. This is completely unacceptable.

At this point, it no longer feels worthwhile to spend premium prices at Woolworths when the quality of products has become sub-standard. I expect better from a brand that positions itself as a provider of quality goods.
