Woolworths quality

I wrote to Woolworths last month regarding the poor quality of the button on pants that I bought. The buttons and the seams are of such a poor quality. With the first wash, the seams are all out. With the second wear, the buttons just broke off. I did include photos of the buttons. I paid almost R400 per pair and you expect to last at least a few seasons, not 2 wears. I was very disappointed at their response to take the pants back to the shop for investigation. My experience last year with a pair of socks that I took back for "investigation", left me skeptic. I have not heard back about the socks (the toe part was so weak that my toes went right through). It was easier to replace the button and to put back the seam. The material the pants are made of, are lovely.
