<p>So Woolworths has joined the rest of South Africa with putrid customer service.</p> <p> </p> <p>For 10 days now I cannot access my account on line with woolworths.</p> <p> </p> <p>There call centre staff have the nerve to tell you : calling today, 10 days since this problem has arose, they are working on it.</p> <p> </p> <p>What the hell does they are working on it. How does an online registered financial service remain offline on the internet. and the best answer is that they are working on it?</p> <p> </p> <p>What quality of technicians is Woolworths employing that they cannot fix their website?</p>
