Woolworths produce complaint

Good Day,

I would like to extend my concern around some produce (fresh tomatoes) purchased at Woolworths Westgate Mitchells Plain. My father, purchased the combo, including the tomatoes, but found it to be moldy, once opened when returning home. If this was a once off, it could possibly be understood, however, this is the second time that this has happened. I advised my father, to rather not purchase produce in future from this Woolies branch, as this wastes his time and money, which includes transportation for a return of a product of inferior quality. As my dad is a pensioner, he opted to throw the vegetable away, instead of returning it to the store (as he had done the first time, it occurred), too avoid any further cost implications and hassle. I am very disappointed at the quality and overall experience my father, had to endure, yet again. It would be appreciated if this could be dealt with, in ensuring all Woolworths (from Constantia Village to Mitchells Plain), has the same quality levels of processes and products.
