Woolworths posts replacement card.

I just found out after waiting 7 days for a replacement store card that woolworths who are a financial institution use the SA POST OFFICE of all places to mail out replacement cards, my mind is completely blown away, every other company in SA uses a courier service but woolworths use the POST Office who`s reputation over the last few years have been less then stellar to put it mildly.
