WOOLWORTHS POOR SERVICES

I lodged a complaint against Woolworths Pritchards store under ***-*** no one has come back to me. I returned the clothes I purchased cash and requested a refund in order for me to buy the same clothes with a gift card , They wanted me to come the following day to purchase the clothes so that I can not get them,

Their staff profile customers it it was another race either than black they would have assisted. Poor services, Aphiwe Bonsti did not get back to me.
