Woolworths poor service.

I visited woolworths at mall of the north Polokwane and i am appalled by their poor service and lack of assistance. I wanted to purchase certain goods using mall vouchers which apply to every single store at the above mentioned mall, to my dismay the vouchers did not work at ONLY woolworths and i was left waiting for over an hour whilst the staff tried to “ sort it out” of which they didn’t. They wasted my time for nothing! How can a prestigious store such as woolworths refuse to take money for goods over R2000??? I’m disappointed to say the least. Argh
