Woolworths Poor Service!!!

I ordered online to be delivered to the Brooklyn Mall Branch. The driver tried to contact me to verify that I am available fir delivery (which is why I chose a stoor delivery in the first place because I knew they would not be able to reach me). I have delivered like this previously and was not phoned. Order was taken back to the warehouse and they can not do a re-delivery. Money will be oaid back in 3-5 days. Since the product is now out if stock I am unable to order again. My shoes should however still be at the warehouse?
