Woolworths poor service

I went to Woolworths food in Elridge going there I wanted to buy specifically a full chicken because the lights went out of this load shedding when I got there I found a lady taking out chickens out of the oven I specifically asked or requested to have one which is just chicken out of the oven she insist in me taking the old one claiming that they are all the same although I don't want that she wants me to take the chicken off her choice that I'm going to eat at home it is not good I'm the one who's paying why are you making me choose I know what I want you want to tell me what is good for me you are not my health doctor I can take what I want by what I want when I want Woolworths you must teach you people to respect customers unfortunately I didn't take her name but I bought this chicken on the 16th of March 2019 on a Saturday and the time was 15:00; she looked like she was knocking off and you shift was coming in so now because she wants to go home quickly she makes me buy things which I don't want I did not like your attitude at all I don't go to work and work all the month for me to come to Woolworths and then tell me what you buy with what I worked for it's my money.
