Woolworths poor service

Very disappointed in woolworths services !

Have not received a returned mail for over a month . Made 3 orders on the online website , on the day of collection my order gets cancelled due to their website having an error , on my side purchases was made, paid and confirmed. Received an email stating that money will reflect in my acc after 7-14 days That’s it .that is all they could say , I asked for my items to be delivered but no response since my last email response to them on the 22 of June 2023

Very disgusted on woolies customer service !
