Woolworths poor quality sandles

I purschased a sandle from woolworths in Cornubia Mall at the begining of the year and only used it a few times.The threads started to come off and when i took it back to the store the manager advised that he can see its a quality issues but cannot help as the system price of the sandle is now 1cent..I paid R550 for tue sandles and now they want to give me back 1cent..not even a voucher or a exchange.Where is the Woolworths quality guarantee for customers that are spending so much money for items that are supposed to last.Well this is the last time I buy from Wiolworths as per quality and service is pathetic.People now need to be careful of woolworths and their so called excellent quality as they dont live up to their promise
