Woolworths: POOR or CHEAP????

I recently decided to try Woolworths online shopping as I cannot find what I need in any of their shops in my area.This was a HUGE mistake.Firstly,there is a limit on the quantity of item you can purchase.I wanted 24 tis of dog food (which it gladly let me put in basket), however on check-out I could only order 10.I therefore had to place a second order for the balance.HOW CLEVER!! (for Woolworths, NOT me!!!)2 orders = 2 delivery charges = R100 (R50 per order).I received confirmation this morning that my 1st order could not be supp**** in full.I would receive the other items on the order but NOT the 10 tins of dog food.However, on my second order, I would receive 9 out of the 10 tins of dog food.Surely,SURELY,you cancel the SECOND ORDER, and short supply the FIRST.This would imply use of logic and consideration.This is not the case though.On the site, you have an option to purchase a bag (40c) or opt for a box.I chose the box as I do not need bags.The goods arrive in plastic WW crates .I now have tins of dog food on my desk as the crates are taken with the courier.What is happening Woolworths?Re-think the online idea or learn from other online facilities!Are you POOR or cheap?????
