Woolworths- Poor customer Service

On 26/06/2024 I emails Woolworths customer service regarding the below complaint. On the 28/06/2024, Chwayita Qobo responded saying the branch manager of the Woodbridge Woolworths will make contact with me.

Today is the 10/07/2024, still no call no email. Is that what Woolworths calls customer service.

Below is my email to Woolworths.

To whom it may concern. I would like to bring the following to your attention. It is becoming a continuing habit where WOOLWORTHS shelves have limited stock and the product on the shelf is close to their expiry date. I am getting the idea that the shelves are not stocked up regularly so you can try to get the goods that is close to expiry sold. It has no purposes to advertise the so-called high-quality product you sell and that you hand pick your service providers, but you allow the brand to sell close to expiry date goods instead of always having fresh goods on the shelves. Below is clear evidence as proof. 1. The till slip dated 25/06/2024 reflects the hummus I bought at Woolworths Woodbridge (refer to snapshot at the foot of this email). 2. The hummus container with the sell by date 25/06/2024 and the use by date 26/06/2024 (refer to snapshot at the foot of this email).
