WOOLWORTHS POLICY REVOKED AND DISCRIMINATED FOR A LAWFUL RETURN

On Sunday 25th June 2023 at about 14:30 PM I arrived at Woolworths Vangate Mall, Cape Town... I wanted to exchange gifted items without a receipt. And I was told that they can not as their store doesn't do exchanges anymore... And with my shock cause the policy is wildly written at the stores customer service...

I spoke with Alfonzo the apparent Manager available at the store... And I left my items there out of anger and disappointment...

Called the Customer service Desk and I was given a reference number and told that the store manager will contact me.

And now the store manager contacts me three days after the complaint, with an attitude and says that he has spoken with his team and they say I am "frequent returner" of items without a till slip hence they could not assist me that day... SHOCKING cause this is an accusation... And I that case they will not return my items back... And I am still in shock, what does that mean? Does it mean the returns policy of Woolworths is being revoked, and I am an apparent ******** that *****s items and returns them without a till slip...
