Woolworths please take this Phindile girl for Customer service training, now.

It is such a pity how much I love this shop ( Woolworths Richmond Corner) and yet I always have the bad luck of having to have the same worst cashier. The same rude Phindile person with the worst attitude you could imagine. First of all this is not racial because I am black and she is black. I don't know her from a bar of soap, but this awkward, strange and rude cashier with absolutely no customer service will go out of her way to make the end of my shopping experience awful. She will blatantly greet the next white folk with a passion as if she just saw Father Christmas just so i can see i suppose. Carelessly place my card anywhere on the counter but i give it to her in her hand, lets me pack my own groceries, next customeris lucky, and it is ALL the time, just her entire attitude sucks. Worst thing is this is my closest Woolworths, and I always have this, this Phindile person. No matter how polite I am ( not that I owe her being extra nice) she had the worst attitude. Plain and simple. Woolworths must have forgotten this girl when they took the rest of their employees for Customer service training.
