Woolworths, please deliver on your voucher undertakings

After receiving a promotional email from Eat Out magazine today promoting the WCellars membership for all WRewards customers. I signed up today online as per the link on Eat Out, the text says that a voucher will be sent to you. I did not receive a voucher, as promised. When I went to Woolies today, the manager knew nothing about this. I am really disappointed as I wanted to buy wine at less 20%. Why do Eat Out and Woolworths want all your details, which Woolworths already has, as does Eat Out? Why do they not deliver on their undertaking that once you have signed up you will receive a voucher. I walked away very embarrassed after insisting on my discount, only to be told that this offer was not conveyed to stores.
