Woolworths playing hide and seek to give paid up letter

I'm so ****ed off and frustrated Woolworthsis playing hide and seek on giving my paid up letter they have not updated my profile to the bureau's. When you call their offices they transfer the call to all their departments with no help. This is so disgusting service!!!
