Woolworths Play & win

I am completely shocked with Woolworths. They had the play and win competition; this was my second play. The entire day the link had errors from bad gateway to Game over and then to an incorrect tile flipping over. I report this over a week ago to them, I was pushed to different people over and over. Spoke to senior people who stated that they will get back to me and never did. The worst part is that they ignore emails and don't respond to anything. This is the Head Office in WC. How do people or companies operate with such poor customer care and get away with this??? Or is it that they are this big that when a customer has a complaint, they cannot assist because they are busy with other bigger projects!!!! I am so disappointed with them and to deliberately ignore or not return someone's emails or calls without a conclusion. The only reason I feel that they are not getting back to me is because this is just a ****; people should not entertain as this is just for advertising and to lie to people.
