Woolworths Pet Insurance has blue ticked me, going against their T&Cs of saying the claim is paid in 24 hours. What’s worse is the number of times I called them and spoke to Lebohang from the claims department and she keeps saying she will call me back, but she never does. Nor does she reply to my emails. This is ridiculous.
