Woolworths Personal loans please beware do not take out any of their personal loans even if you are offered.....

I am really angry at woolworths financial department personal loans.... I am paying every month my loan account on time via debit order when I see that I can afford paying specific loans up then I do that but what I find very difficult is when you forward an email to woolworths queries department attaching the proof of payment giving specific instructions on what loans it needs to be allocated to someone always slips up by not doing their job properly to allocate it to the respective loans to give the customer the satisfaction that it has been done, it is their job to allocate it not to use up my mobile airtime and then get the surprise that it is not done, and now I have been told that the team leader will deal with this situation after I requested for the call recordings.... Woolworths this is not on I am now penalized for something that is not of my own doing here... I will not suggest anyone to ever take a woolworths loan not even to my enemies... Sorry woolworths you have failed me yet again... So very angry at this moment...
