Woolworths pays someone else with my bank account

I can't believe Woolworths can be so uncompetent - for over a year they gave someone else my bank details to pay for her woolworths account- that means I have been paying someone woolworths account for over a year. When I requested for refund they refused and gave me empty promises to investigate and get back to me and I'm still waiting up until today. I'll never trust Woolworths again with my personal information and will warm others about this.
