Woolworths - payment does not reflect

I paid into Woolworths Absa account number for my account payment on WED the 25th Oct , called them on Thursday - they said payment should have reflected and asked me to send POP to their e-mail addressees and i did. but my payment still does not reflect... i don't know what more to do. so much for quality service...
