Woolworths pay back my money!!!

I ordered from Woolies Dash on Thursday 23 November 2023. The driver returned to the store with my order, they promised to give me a refund. E-mailed Woolworths numerous times and they keep on taking me from pillar to post. Today is the 8th of December and they still haven't heard back from the refund team.

Consultants on *** keep on saying that they will get back to me once they get a reply from the refunds department. I guess the entire department is on leave.

Clearly, Woolworths does not want to pay back my money.
