Woolworths Pavillion incompetence

I went to Woolworths at Pavillion Mall around 17H00 I went to customer service and told them that I want to buy but I misplaced my store card the lady told me that they not doing instant/temporary card I should go to Musgrave centre or Gateway Mall they give me temporary card ,I went to Musgrave centre and they told me I need to have Woolworths App for them to help me otherwise they can't of which they didn't,I've wasted my Petrol and time from Pavillion to Musgrave I'm so ****ed with the incompetence I've received whilst I don't owe even one cent.
