Woolworths pathetic service

I had a wolworths account quite a number of years ago, a few months ago I noticed that an amount of R8 was showing on this old account I settled at the Woolworths on Kenilworth center, I went into the woolworths at the V&A Waterfront for someone to assist me as this R8 is affecting my credit score.. What a bunch or unhelpful team members in your store, they all were u able to help me but were standing around chatting to one another eventually I said could someone please assist me, to which a short heavy set woman stepped forward and rudely asked what's this in connection with... I explained the situation to her and while I was still speaking she went to the till and grabbed a piece of till roll and wrote a number on it and said we don't deal with this in store phone this number.. Embarrassed at being spoken to like that I took the number and left.. I phoned the number and it didn't exist I was livid... Wasted 20min standing around for someone to help me only to be given a number not in service.... Eventually I phoned a customer service number they explained its been escalated to their legal department to have the R8 s****ped as they should or done more than 4 years ago... To date its still not resolved and every time I try and get someone to assist me they are so agitated i just don't want to deal with this company... I am sti waiting for a response
